Using FTP for your products images and order management is never been easier, we show you the simplest ways to do that.

Step-1
On the very first first dashboard click on the FTP to request a FTP account.

Click on the following button
Step-3
Now wait for an email we generally take 1 to 24 hours to create an account for you after reviewing your account.
Step-4
Once you get confirmation email, just login to your Background Be Gone dashboard and click on the FTP again to see your details.
Step-5
Now, open you FTP client, FileZilla or CyberDuck, we recommend FileZilla and Click File>Site manager and add a new site.
Step-6
Now we you can upload your images, "DON'T MAKE FOLDER", at this step you just need to need to follow same as the screenshot.

Select files or drag and drop to upload box
Step-7
Now open the Background Be Gone App and go to FTP Section and click on update order
Now your order is placed do follow the same step for other orders.
